ORIWHIZ Return & Refund Policy

Returning Item(s) for any reason

Items shipped from oriwhiz.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any reason. The item(s) receive date is the date that is indicated on the official shipping carrier’s website.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to ORIWHIZ within 30 days for the 30 days refund guarantee. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. 

If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item because seller's mistake, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed. Buyers should prepay any return shipping cost, which will then get reimbursement after the seller receives the item(s). Please communicate directly with the seller to confirm the shipping carrier before returning your item(s), and please keep your shipping receipt or invoice for further reimbursement. The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please make sure you test the part by connecting it to your device before you make any installation attempt. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 30 days of the original receipt date. ORIWHIZ wants you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to provide you with a 12 months Warranty (for defectives) on all our repair parts (excluding consumables), provided there is no physical damage. (examples of physical damage include but are not limited to: scratches, damaged LCD, torn flex cables, super glue, adhesives, etc.) A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit (gift card) will be issued at the current cost of the item.

You must contact ORIWHIZ, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. Any part returned to ORIWHIZ without the proper authorization or paperwork will either incur a restocking fee of 25% ( 25% of the part or $5 minimum). We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. ORIWHIZ is not responsible for parts returned without proper authorization. Any part returned to ORIWHIZ without the proper authorization will incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at their own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

ALL shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools/adhesives that we sell.

Return Shipping Cost and Insurance

Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to ORIWHIZ via Undeliverable/Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99-$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred. As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives at us safely and without damage. ORIWHIZ does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while ORIWHIZ will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days and provide photos/videos, shipping label, and order details.

Compensation:

1.Seller responsibility (wrong item, defective product, packaging issue): return the goods for a full refund or replacement.

2.Carrier responsibility (transit damage/loss): ORIWHIZ will assist with carrier claims and may offer replacement, partial refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution depending on the case.

Important:

1.Customers must keep original packaging and supporting evidence.

2.Claims submitted late may be denied.

3.Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, but we will provide reasonable support in resolving shipping issues.

This policy ensures fair customer protection while aligning with shipping carrier claim procedures.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately by phone and email. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancellations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancellation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.oriwhiz.com and submit your return or cancellation request through Orders. We will send you an automatic confirmation upon receipt of your request.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded; return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom or personalized items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or other categories exempt under EU law.


For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, no cancellation fee applies to unfulfilled orders.
