How to Place a Custom Order

Step 2: Get a Free Quote
Our team will review your request and provide a detailed quote within 1–2 business days, including unit price, setup fees (if any), lead time, and shipping options.
Step 3: Approve Samples
We produce a pre-production sample for your approval before mass production begins. This ensures the final product matches your expectations.
Step 4: Mass Production & QC
Once the sample is approved, we proceed with full production. Every batch goes through strict quality control before shipment.
Step 5: Shipment & Delivery
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight depending on your order size and timeline. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.

Laser engraving / logo printing on products: MOQ from 500 units
