Accidentally lost your phone? Want to know where your kids go after school through your mobile phone? Don't worry, you can track your phone's location precisely using Global Positioning (GPS) technology.

1.Track Lost Android Phone

Open Android Device Manager. This tool can track lost or stolen Android devices. You can download the app on another Android device or access it via a web browser.

Log in. When you open Android Device Manager for the first time, you will be asked to log in to your Google account. Remember to log in with the account bound to the lost device.

Find equipment. Once logged in, Android Device Manager will try to track the device's location. The last known location will appear in the center of the map.

Choose the action you want to take.

There are several actions you can take with your lost phone:

Ring - Make your phone make a sound, making it easier to be found if it's lost nearby.

Lock—Set a new lock code on a lost device to prevent others from using it. You can also display messages on the lock screen.

Erase - You can erase data in case your phone is lost or stolen. Please think twice, because once chosen, it cannot be undone.

2.Track Lost iPhone

Sign in to the iCloud website. If you use an iPhone and register an Apple ID, you can track the location of your phone on any browser or iPad. You need to turn on the location tracking service first. However, this service is basically turned on by default in all devices bound to an Apple account.

Enter your Apple account and password and log in to the iCloud website.Open the Find My iPhone program. You can find it on the iCloud official website homepage, or you can download this program on your friend's iPad or iPhone.

Choose your iPhone. At the top of the Find My iPhone page, you'll see a link to All Devices. Click on the link and select the device you want to track. The phone's last known location will appear in the center of the map.If the phone is turned off or out of battery, the map will show the last logged-in location of the phone.

Choose the action you want to take. Click the dot representing your phone on the map and click the "I" button that appears. A window will pop up in the upper right corner of the map, listing several actions you can take about your lost phone:

Play Sound — A powered-off iPhone will play a sound to help you track its location.

Lost Mode (Lost Mode) - locks the iPhone and displays your contact information on the screen. If someone finds it, they can return it to you according to the information.

Erase iPhone - If your phone is stolen or can never be found, you can choose to remotely erase all data to prevent sensitive information from falling into the wrong hands.

3.Track Lost Samsung Phone

Bind a Samsung account to the phone. If you want to use Samsung's "Find My Mobile" service, you must first bind an account to your phone. Open the Settings menu, select Accounts and sync, then click Samsung account. You will be prompted to enter your Samsung account login information or create a new account.

Enable Remote Control. You need to enable remote control to use the Find My Phone service. When you bind a Samsung account to your phone, it will be enabled by default. Open the Settings menu, click on "Location and Security" and check the "Remote controls" column to see if it is enabled.

Open the Find My Mobile website. You can access it through the official Samsung website. The website will ask you to log in to your account. Remember to log in with the Samsung account bound to the lost phone.

Find cell phone location. Click the "Locate my device" button on the left menu. A map will appear on the screen showing the last known location of the phone.

Choose the action you want to take. Use the menu on the left to choose what action you want to take regarding your lost phone:

Lock my mobile—Set a new lock code for a lost device to prevent others from stealing it. You can also display messages on the lock screen.

Ring my mobile - Make your phone sound, making it easier to find it if it's lost nearby.

Call logs - Check all recent call logs to see if anyone has used your phone without your permission.

Wipe my device - In case your phone is lost or stolen, you can wipe all data.
