Foxconn's Zhengzhou factory has begun to enter the production of iPhone 14 series, including some mechanical parts including the rear shell. Foxconn's Zhengzhou factory mainly undertakes the assembly of iPhone and the production of some iPhone’s spare parts. A staff from Foxconn in Zhengzhou mentioned that the factory has begun to manufacture some mechanical parts including the rear shell. There are a total of four back shell templates, two large and two small. The current daily output is only about 1,000, and the peak production capacity can reach 200,000.

Another Foxconn staff pointed out that there is no big difference from previous years in terms of stocking, personnel, and production plans, and there is no sign of decline in production. Taiwanese media pointed out that Foxconn has received most of the assembly orders, and Pegatron and Luxshare are also suppliers.

According to the situation in previous years, the production capacity of the iPhone series will gradually climb, and will enter the production peak at the end of July, and mass assembly will begin in August and continue until the end of the year. .

In terms of panels, OLED panel suppliers include Samsung Display, LG Display and BOE, of which Samsung Display is the largest supplier, while LG Display supplies LTPS and LTPO panels for Apple, and BOE supplies LTPS panels.

In terms of cameras, Foxconn is still the supplier of rear cameras. In fact, Luxshare Precision has already begun to provide more services for Apple through capital operations.

In terms of phone frame, it is said to use titanium alloy + stainless steel frame, which has become the standard of Apple in recent years, among which suppliers include Foxconn, Jabil Green Point, Lens Technology, etc.

In fact, Apple still has many suppliers in China. According to data, among the top 200 major suppliers of Apple, suppliers from mainland China and Hong Kong China together account for more than 20%.
